What's required of you?

As a representative of Resource Tracking and the brand, Resource Tracking expects you to act with professionalism and integrity in your customer relationships. The following activities are required aspects of the program:

  • Find and sell to customers - there are no required minimums here, but the more customers you reach, the more value you can help create.
  • Activate and deploy customers - this involves creating the customer's account, creating end user accounts,  and performing any migration, training, and other rollout steps necessary to satisfactorily help customers experience a successful deployment.
  •  Manage billing and collection - Resource Tracking's billing relationship will be with you, so you'll need to handle all aspects of billing and collection with your customers.

Common Questions

Can we make money? Since Resource Tracking is solution is so affordable doesn't that mean less margin for us?
The pricing structure is on a per unit basis.  The more units, the greater the discount off the list price.  Therefore the more units you are tracking, the greater the profit margin

Do I provide front-line customer support as a reseller?
We don't require this, but we encourage resellers to be as proactive as they can in supporting their customers. To help you with this, you can choose to use the control panel to manage your customers' accounts yourself.

We've worked hard to build up our client list. How do we know that Resource Tracking won't later take the relationship direct and cut us out?
We fully recognize and appreciate the essential role you play as a solution provider in bringing these products to customers. e recognise the fact that you have a established relationship with your customers.  It would be to our detriment (and yours) if we bypass you.  With this reseller program, you own the relationship with your customers. You create and sell a complete solution that includes your own services, you bill your customers for the solution you design, and we encourage you to provide front-line support as well. a standard practice we offer a nondisclosure and non-circumvention agreement.

Will we need to make a heavy up-front investment before we know whether the reseller program will work for our business?
our model is a pay-as-you-go service to the end customer. This is extended to the reseller program. In other words, you pay only for the number of units on your system. There is no expensive annual licensing fees. All that we require is that you maintain a minimal stock level there is no risk and up-front investment of having to acquire new hardware. While it is crucial that you invest some time in product and sales training, we've made this part as painless and lightweight as possible. The reseller program also has no entry fee and there are no minimum volume requirements. And if you're not currently investing in growing your business, you may find that the smooth nature of subscription-based software revenue and longer term service contracts entices you to invest more in customer acquisition and hiring.

Is Resource Tracking's solution secure? What about data privacy? Why should my clients trust their data with Resource Tracking?
